Ordering Policy
Spoiled Rotten Bath & Body only sells wholesale to businesses who can provide valid tax ID numbers/resale numbers and purchase at minimum order levels. Private labeling is prohibited, as is label tampering or attempting to market our products as your own handcrafted products.

Minimum Order Policy
There is a first time minimum order amount of $150. Subsequent orders are at a $75 minimum.

Order Processing
Current wholesale order processing time is five business days from the date of order. Please remember that all of Spoiled Rotten Bath & Body products are made fresh when you order. Large orders may require additional time. In such a case, please call before placing your order to get an estimated completion date.

Rush Orders
Although we strive to process your order as soon as possible, there may be times that you need us to process your order extra fast. In such a case, we may contact you to make special arrangements, and we will let you know if there will be an additional fee for processing your order as a “rush order”. Please understand that we are not always able to guarantee a specific “rush order” turnaround, especially during peak seasons.

Canceling Orders
We do our best to process your orders in a timely manner. If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we require that it be done within an hour of when the order was submitted to us. If we have already begun processing your order, you will charged 20% of the order total (before shipping).

Damage Claims
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment if you have received items that have been damaged in shipping. Replacement items will immediately be sent to replace the damaged items.

Returns
Returns must be authorized by Spoiled Rotten Bath & Body within 5 days of the date they were received. We will only accept items due to an error on our part or because of a problem with the product. Because of the intimate nature of bath and body products, these items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the product. All returns will be processed at our discretion.

Delivery Policy
Shipping time of course depends on the method of shipping selected. We will always ship your order as soon as possible. Remember to allow five business days for product production.

Payment Policy
For our wholesale accounts, we only accept payments through PayPal, unless you have spoken with us to make other arrangements. We do not accept COD orders.
